Return & Exchange Policy

Our Store an online retailer specializing in high quality product. We devote ourselves to providing you with goods of high quality at a reasonable price and service. If you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase, you can make application of "return or exchange" within 30 days after your order is received. We will arrange for a full refund for your order once we received the returned items from you. If you are in a hurry, you may contact our customer service and we will try to issue the refund for you in a timely manner.

1. If you are a customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us directly by vipmallhelp@outlook.com within 30 days after your order was received to request an application for "return or exchange" of your items.? Applications for returns of items received over 30 days are considered Overdue, and are not accepted.

2. There won't be any restocking fees charged for exchanges, but customers may be charged additional shipping fees. For refund cases, the shipping fees we spend will be deducted from your refund. If the cause for the return is our fault, you will get a full refund. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.

3. Please include pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange in your email for our reference.

4. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the loss arising from there.

5. The above is applied for the in-stock products, excluding any custom products and special offer products except for any quality problem. Please make sure returned goods are in an unused original condition and packaging. Otherwise, we will refuse to provide you with a full refund.

Order Revision & Cancellation Policy:
1. We can revise or cancel your order for you free of charge as long as your order has not been processed shipped. Just to be sure, we highly recommend you to contact us in 24 hours of placing your order.

2. If your order has not been processed and shipped yet, we will be very happy to revise or cancel the order for you. Orders that have already been shipped will be treated in accordance with our Return and Exchange policy.

Note: All rights to interpretation of our policies and guidelines are reserved by Our Store.

If requesting an application for returns or exchanges or to revise or cancel your order, you must contact us first by email vipmallhelp@outlook.com.

We will not provide any exchange, return, revision or cancellation services on returned products without prior permission, and all losses obtained by not following our specific guidelines listed above shall be undertaken by customers.
